emely API 0.1.0

Thin REST API over the emely Hasura backend for the collecting-society catalogue. Callers authenticate with a Nhost OAuth2 access token scoped openid graphql:role:api_operator; the API forwards it to Hasura as role api_operator. It exposes only reference.society catalogue data: no personal data is reachable through it.
